Our home is on a quiet 3 acre property just 5 miles from town. We have vegetable gardens, fruit orchards and dozens of berry bushes. We have amazing views of the Olympic Mountains and our neighbor is a lavender farm! The studio apartment is a bright, sunny place which is attached to our home, but has its own entrance. It's a wonderful venue for visitors to the area being close to both the water and the mountains and the lavender farms. We are a short ferry ride to both Victoria and Seattle.

The Studio

The Studio is a very private guest house created from a former art studio, elegantly furnished with a country flair. Located in a farm area, this is a perfect getaway location - convenient to lavender farms, beaches, and mountains, yet less than 10 minutes from downtown Sequim. The property features a private gated entrance, mountain view, fenced and landscaped yard, and ample parking. A bank of Cypress trees provides afternoon shade, and there is a fireplace to cozy up to on chilly evenings.

On a quaint country road with views of the Olympic mountains to the south and the Salish sea to the north you will find a 5 acre sheep farm that we call (with a nod to the Scottish tradition) the Crofts. Our Katmoget Croft is light and airy with high ceilings, quirky decor and windows on all sides that frame the pastoral surroundings. Plenty of outdoor fun with hiking trails, lavender farms, lakes, wineries, restaurants and shopping nearby.
