We welcome you to the Island Bay Cottage! Come enjoy your stay in our fully brand new remodeled waterfront cottage right outside the gorgeous town of 1000Islands Clayton NY! We’ve set up our wonderful place with all the creature comforts of home for our friends, family and guests to come in, plop down and feel right at Bay! Full kitchen with all essentials Huge living room (equipped with even a massage recliner!!) Free Wi-Fi, Fire smart TV, washer/dryer brand new A/C Large Patio area to relax!

Hideaway on the bay

Updated cabin with 100 feet of waterfront. Great swimming, a dock, shared kayaks, and shared kids play set. Perfect family getaway. Great for fisherman, ice fishing, or a peaceful couples get away. The cabin is on a shore well and the water is not drinkable. Guests will need to bring bottled water. I do not suggest accessing the ice in-front of the camp as the depth, current, and pressure there cause instability in ice accumulation. Guests can access the ice from long point state park 1.5m away

Enjoy your privacy in this waterfront cabin in the historic Smugglers Cove on the St. Lawrence River in the heart of the 1000 Islands. You'll have use of the entire cabin with fantastic River views from your own patio. Conveniently located off of the 1000 Islands Parkway, one of the most beautiful scenic drives in North America, guests may enjoy walking, hiking and cycling the paved and scenic 37 km Waterfront Trail. You're welcome to arrive by boat or car; private entrance to your cabin.

Peaceful Getaway

Kick back and relax in this peaceful space. Guest house has two twin beds, private bathroom, microwave, toaster, Keurig, small refrigerator. WiFi access, outdoor grill with outdoor dining and seating area all under a 16x24 pavilion. This property offers incredible views, fish jumping and canoe and kayak access. End your incredible day fishing off the dock with s’mores at the fire pit. Hunters and fishermen welcome. Plenty of parking so bring your motorized toys! See you soon!

Steps to Portsmouth Harbour & Kingston Penn Tour!

Wonderfully located facing Portsmouth Olympic Harbour and Aberdeen Park in Portsmouth Village, now part of central Kingston. Lots of windows, great views, wood floors, antique furniture. Tea, coffee and a fully equipped kitchen. Covered parking. The park has picnic benches and BBQs. Walking distance to Ontario's oldest pub and five restaurants and eateries. There is a waterfront pathway of 8 kilometers/5 miles only 2 blocks away. One half block from 2 different bus stops.

Three great local restaurants, shopping, marinas, tennis courts, public beach and boat launch are all within walking distance or a short drive away. Plenty of outdoor space on a private quiet road make this an ideal spot for a relaxing getaway. NOTE: Hot tub is CLOSED from January 1 to April 1.
