Located one block from the lake and a few blocks from downtown, you can easily walk to City Beach, grab a bite to eat, visit local shops, or even hit the splash pad! Quick and convenient access to City Park, where you can enjoy open green space, play at the playgrounds, or take part in one of the many events offered throughout the year.

The Wren House: Close to Lake

The Wren House is within walking distance of local lakeside attractions such as PM Park; the Tiki Bar; and the Ritz beach, shelter house and boat ramp (lake access that's much less crowded than city and state beach). Its only a 3 minute drive to Clear Lake State Park's trails, beach and picnic areas and less than 10 minutes to get downtown to spend time at the seawall, city beach, restaurants, bars and shopping. The cottage is quaint but very comfortable and stocked with all the trip essentials

Nicely located just off Clear Lake, but with a clear view of the lake, the location makes it easy to get everywhere you'll want to be in the Clear Lake area! We sleep up to 10 people (11 if 3 of them are small kids) in 5 different bedrooms, and we have 3 full bathrooms to meet the needs of a large group! Modern but cozy, big but not too big - this is the perfect place for everyone (with parking for up to 7 vehicles!)

Welcome to the Clear Lake Escape! One block off the water, this home is the perfect spot to enjoy with friends/family! The home consists of 4 bedrooms (2 King & 2 Queen), + 2 sleeper sofas to COMFORTABLY SLEEP 12. (if you'd like to have over 12 guests, please contact us and we are open to accomodating requests for an additional fee- we do have a crib provided as well). There is room for a boat trailer in the driveway!
