This comfy & cozy home is located in the heart of downtown Lawrenceburg and is within walking distance to everything! We have a large back yard that is great for family to hang out by fire-pit and enjoy their time away from home. There is large outdoor tv with adirondack chairs and picnic tables for relaxing. Living Room has 75' Tv- both bedrooms have 55' tv's. Large Sectional in Living room and large dining table in kitchen. Coffee bar- Washer & Dryer-Front Porch- Fenced in back yard.

Enjoy activities like axe throwing, escape rooms, and great bars, or try delicious food from LaRosa’s pizzeria.

Retreat to the city and stay in your own private apartment looking out on goats and chickens at pasture, gardens, and lots of green space. Enjoy the peaceful sounds of nature by night and explore downtown Cincinnati, the Cincinnati Zoo, stadiums, bars, and restaurants by day. All this within a 15 minute drive! This private apartment is on a homestead with 5 beautiful acres, secluded from the busyness of the city, while only being about a half hour from downtown Cincinnati, 12 minutes from the Creation Museum, 45 minutes from the Ark Encounter, 10 minutes from Amazon, and 15 minutes from CVG Airport. The apartment shares a wall with our house, but is completely separate with its own entrance, living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. However, you may occasionally hear our children.
