Horseback riding, canoe and kayak rentals and multiple state parks are close by. Bring your boat. ⛵️

Welcome to “The Casita Bonita” The pretty little house on 130 acres of pure bliss. My wonderful husband Jeremy and I bought 130 acres a few years back and is what we call “our farm” we have had countless picnics and bonfires, Just dreaming of doing something special on our land one day. A charming cabin- style home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, perfect for peaceful getaway. The exterior is clad in warm wood siding, with a welcoming front porch that invites relaxation. The main floor includes the master bedroom, offering privacy and convenience with an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs 2 cozy bedrooms share a 2nd bathroom overlooking the bottom floor. A spacious backyard with mature trees provides tranquility and a great spot for outdoor gatherings or quiet mornings with nature.

Welcome to our Lake House! Get the S'mores ready and bring your whole crew! and watch out for BIGFOOT! Our Family has made some wonderful memories here over the years and want you to as well. This is the perfect place unplug & get some peace & quiet! Perfect for hunting, fishing, and water enthusiasts (boats are welcome but not included, plenty of parking). It is across the street from the Tennessee River & Perryville Marina w a (free) boat ramp. Let the relaxation and/or adventures begin!

River Rest

This is an amazing fully renovated cabin on almost 5 acres that you can walk right out the front door and access the water. We are located on a bay of the TN river where Tom's Creek flows in. Incredible bird watching & star gazing. Bring your kayaks, paddleboards or bass boat. When the water is up anchor out front or store at a nearby marina. There is a boat ramp on this bay although it's pretty bare bones. Mousetail Landing State Park which has newer ramps is only 13 miles away.

Storybook Farm Tennessee, Guest House

Stay at our quiet, safe, and private horse facility/mini farm. Ponies to draft size horses call it home. Various other farm animals live here. The guest house is a three bedroom modular home with two baths. You have the house to yourself. There is a carport not included and is used for storing horse drawn equipment. Beyond the pasture to the east is a wooded area with a trail that borders the Green River. The farm is 9 miles from the Buffalo River. It is 2 miles to town.
