The neighborhood is very safe and within walking distance to groceries or drugstores. It is perfect for a long-term rental. Pet under 20 pounds.

Midway between Waycross to the east and Valdosta to the west and Douglas to the North, Homerville is the gateway to the Okefenokee Wildlife Refuge and Stephen C. Foster State Park.
