We are just a 1 mile away from shopping center with movie theater and a nice selection of dining options. There’s a water park just 1/2 mile away and we’re only 10 mile away from Madera Wine Trail. So much to do here!

This little backhouse and the front Garden House (a 100-year-old Craftsman) have been restored and made beautiful again. The Peach Suite has everything you need. The shower and bathroom are small but they definitely do the job.

My College Home, is my guest house, in old Fig Garden, located in a peaceful garden like setting on a great property. I have updated it in 2024 and put in a new Air Conditioning/ heating unit. Easy access to Highway 41 with a 90 minute drive to the Yosemite Gate. For dining and entertainment we are near the Tower District and Fig Garden Village. It is a one bedroom non-smoking detached home which shares the backyard with the main house and our 2 labs. Pets will be considered for x-tra fees.
