There are 2 small studios ( approx. 10 sqm each) situated in the vicinity of the Botanical Garden- a very quiet&relaxing area, 10-15 minutes walking distance to the city center. Maximum capacity: 1 person/studio. All of the attic studios have almost the same surface ( aprox. 10 sqm) and the same utilities&facilities. Bathroom in the room&private, with a shower. Please pay attention that they are lofts and the ceiling may be low to some parts of the studios.
