~ the hunting huts~ a fresh take on the kiwi bach

The quintessential kiwi bach, simple and functional, set in complete privacy within our farm on a stunning site high above all else. Originally hunting huts, this unique holiday home is actually four separate buildings that are linked by a large outdoor deck. We replaced roofing, renewed the decking and renovated the insides to create a unique holiday home that has a special character all its own. The front two pods are the living spaces: kitchen/dining and lounge each with stacker doors which open up onto the central deck. The two rear pods are identical in configuration, each split into a double room and a bunk room with internal access to each other, perfect for one family per pod. The bathroom adjoins the lounge and has a shower over a bath, a toilet and a double vanity. The utility room has washer, dryer and laundry tub and a second toilet. The outdoor shower on the northern deck is a completely open showering experience! Both double bedrooms enjoy the unequalled lake views and you'll wake to see the sun rising over Mount Tarawera. A genuine Stoked Hot Tub sits under a pohutukawa on the edge of the front lawn and is a perfect way to relax and enjoy the vista by day and the famous starfilled lake Tarawera sky by night. The lake bach is ideally suited for... Walking distance to shops, cinema, restaurants & Beach. Perfect place for a romantic getaway or midweek work place for a single person or couple. Enjoy the palms and each others company in a Peaceful home. Wake up and walk to Henry en Ted for a barista coffee. Card games, full kitchen to make a great breakfast/dinner/baking. enjoy some Bali in Papamoa. There are also good walking tracks not to far from here, up to Papamoa Hills. A perfect quiet location and a tv for movies on rainy days.

Easy access to the Redwoods, Waipa mountain biking, walking trails, and central city. A lift is available on request.

Pukehina Seaside Escape

Renovated beachfront holiday home with stunning sea views, open-plan living and great indoor-outdoor flow. Two large bedrooms with good wardrobes and storage, and a third bedroom with two single beds. Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living area opens onto a large deck and lawn area with great sun. Welcome to Central Town Holiday Home. Centrally located it is an ideal base to explore the amazing city of Rotorua and the wonderful attractions the city has to offer. Suitable for couples or groups of up to nine people. Located close to the city center, within the quiet and friendly Glenholme area. Visitors to the house are supplied with a simple breakfast and premium tea & coffee. Parties and events are not allowed. Nightly rate is for first 2 guests. Each additional guest is $35/night.
