AZ TPT: 21552320 Enjoy the serenity of nature when you stay in this unique custom yurt. Watch the elk pass by at dusk and dawn. Forest trails abound for hiking, mountain biking, cross country skiing, or picnicing. Take a drive to the Grand Canyon or the Painted Desert. Enjoy our historic downtown Flagstaff. Guests will enjoy wifi, full kitchen amenities, clean sheets and towels, and cozy indoor/outdoor seating. There is a friendly dog next door named Cash! Feel free to say hi!

Downtown perch

This charming yurt is only a fifteen minute walk from historic downtown Flagstaff. It has great views of the city to the south and is near to some great hiking trails and Lowell observatory to the north. I am located close to the train tracks so there is a fair bit of train noise (earplugs are recommended and provided for sleeping). The Clizzie Hogan

A traditional Navajo hogan made from local sandstone located near Lees Ferry on the Navajo Reservaton. It is one large open room with wood stove and two twin beds and two cots. We keep 12 gallons of fresh culinary/drinking water on hand and a chuck-box camp kitchen . There is no indoor plumbing or shower. We ask our guests to use our clean and well maintained outhouse a short walk away.
