The lake house is centrally located as it is only 12 mins to downtown Enterprise and 23 minutes to Ft. Novosel. No house parties. No uncleared guests. Fishing is allowed but no swimming.

Fishing available from shore and the property includes a small boat launch, fire pit, porch swing, rocking chairs, grill, and picnic tables. This treasure is a stand alone art studio with a loft surrounded by beautiful lawn and gardens. The Studio is 45 feet (read close) to the house. There are agricultural fields on three sides. The artist, Beverly Mayfield, is now deceased, but has filled the studio with masterful paintings.
