The apartment offers a dedicated car parking space in the secure garage (height restriction applies). For the comfort of other guests, we do not allow pets or smokers and would not be suitable for young children.

Exeter airport is a 30-minute drive away and Honiton has a train station with good links to Exeter and London.

The Annexe is a self-contained guest suite, with living room/diner, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen, fully equipped, recently modernised and redecorated. Ideal for a couple or for a family with two small children as there is a double sofa-bed in the living room. Just outside the French doors is a patio with table and barbecue for summer dining.
