The New North End neighborhood is quiet, safe, and a short drive to local colleges and all that the area has to offer. Our street dead-ends at the bike path and Lake Champlain. You will also have access to our private neighborhood beach during the warmer months.

We are a 2 bdrm 1 bath bungalow located in Colchester VT, lakefront on the Mallet's Bay portion of Lake Champlain. There is beach access directly across the street for kayaking, sailing, paddle boarding, and sunset watching. The lake is a bay section so the bottom is muddy, recommend water shoes! We are just a 15 minute drive to Burlington for shopping and dining. There is a small covered porch to sit on and a lake to look out on.

Welcome to Overlake on Malletts Bay! The Cottage is an adorable, rustic, clean and quaint, one bedroom, one bath lodging with beach access. It sits back from the road with a private parking area and large outdoor space for your enjoyment. My space is in a quiet cul-de-sac in the New North End of Burlington, close to Lake Champlain's beach, Hannaford grocery store, and great dining options like La Boca Wood Fired Pizzeria, Smitty's Pub, and Simple Roots Brewing. Family-friendly activities include Leddy Park and Ethan Allen Park. Downtown Burlington is a short trip away, and the property is conveniently located on the bus line for easy access to the area.
