Hello! We are Rob and Kate and we have poured our heart and soul into our guest house. Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. The Studio at the Old Silk Barn is a newly created space for two people situated literally off Bruton High Street with its Michelin Star Restaurant, numerous art galleries, Museum, shops and restaurants. The space consists of a luxury kitchen & breakfast bar, sitting area, ingenious Italian Murphy bed, & is very comfortably & stylishly furnished. The apartment with underfloor heating, offers a large bathroom, TV, washer/dryer, dishwasher & everything needed for a comfortable self catered stay.

Visit Bruton, Stourhead Gardens, Longleat Safari Park, Wells, Cathedral, Glastonbury, Cheddar Gorge, & Frome, all close by. See the wildlife, hear the owls hooting, as well as seeing the stars in the night sky. A spacious property in a secluded, rural setting. Next door is our family dairy farm, you can arrange to visit, if you have time.

Many excellent walks and other villages pubs/restaurants close by incl. The Newt gardens (1.5 miles), Bruton and Castle Cary (3 miles), Stourhead (6miles) The accommodation is stylish and bright with all mod cons. It has a private garden overlooking open fields. Both bedrooms have their own shower rooms. Private gym available with prior permission.

A beautifully converted barn with a contemporary feel next to a 17th century cider house set in the middle of 12 acres of gardens and ancient orchards. Ideal for those who enjoy modern comforts and luxurious touches such as 1000 thread count Egyptian cotton bedding, top quality feather pillows (with hypo-allergenic pillows on request) and bathrobes combined with the peace of the beautiful Somerset countryside. Perfect for dog lovers, with great walks from the house and in the grounds.

Godminster Manor Cottage

Set in a private cobbled courtyard on an organic farm, half a mile from Bruton, this old stone cottage has been lovingly restored. It has an inglenook fireplace, oak-framed roofs, flagstone and elm floors, with art and furniture collected over many years filling the rooms. Bruton is renowned for its restaurants and art galleries. The 'Newt in Somerset' is next door and there many other wonderful nearby destinations and beautiful walks from the farm within the surrounding countryside.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

Situated in a delightfully rural village on a working farm, the Seed House has been tastefully converted with oak beams and brick and stone features. Easy access to many famous attractions, such as Stourhead (NT) and The Newt in Somerset. Excellent pub in village. On site there are 3 well stocked coarse fishing lakes (Higher Farm Fishery) available - free fishing for one guest during their stay. Well behaved dogs welcome. Off road parking.
