Our guest house is a private detached studio apartment. Close to many local activities, including Kingdom Trails mountain biking, V.A.S.T. snowmobiling, Burke Mountain Resort and beautiful Lake Willoughby. The full kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, range with oven, toaster, coffee pot, silverware, glassware, and cookware. The bathroom has an upright shower, and full linens and towels are provided. We invite you to come stay with us and spend time seeing what Northern Vermont has to offer.

Peaceful Cabin in the Heart of North Country

Our beautiful cabin sits in Clarksville on 6 private acres, close to major ATV and snowmobile trails, as well as the Hurlburt Nature Conservancy Area. We are minutes from Lake Francis and the Connecticut Lakes in NH's northernmost town, Pittsburg. While by no means primitive, our cabin is simple and rustic, and...in the woods. You may be visited by rabbits and coyote, or even a moose or deer grazing early in the morning. You may have the occasional cobweb, fly, swollen door, or sticky evening.

HILLSIDE Unit - Direct ATV/Snowmobile Access

Welcome to "The Shack"; a new barn featuring three 2-bedroom units each with its own private entrance. Located about 6 miles from downtown Colebrook on 29 acres with a rolling landscape with DIRECT ACCESS to snowmobile (Cor # 5) and ATV trails (Cor # C). The HILLSIDE is a 1st floor unit that has a beautiful and sunny open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen. The unit comfortably sleeps 4 in the 2 bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. There is a walk-in shower and laundry in the unit.

The Northwoods House - Direct ATV Access

Cozy, yet spacious home in the heart of the North Country. Centrally located in the Pittsburg/Colebrook area, this home offers a wonderful basecamp for any activity you're traveling North for. 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom pet friendly home located on an ATV trail. Fully stocked kitchen, Wi-Fi, and large tvs with multiple streaming services available. Front porch is the perfect place to take your coffee or have a night cap while listening to Bishop Brook and taking in the sweet smell of balsam.

Enjoy the landscaped back yard w/ fire pit & screened in patio. Hang inside & enjoy the view from the sunroom, or snuggle up on the couch in the cozy living room with wood stove.

Ride for miles come back and sit in front of the wood stove and watch our 55 in HD tv ,and cook dinner in a fully stocked kitchen. Sit on farmers porch and stargaze. Cabin is 100% self sustained. Power goes out no problem... generator automatically kicks in and restores everything including TV , and propane heat. Seclusion at its best! Sreaming tv with Fubo and Netflix, high speed satellite internet.

Back Lake Waterfront - ATV/Snowmobile Trail Access

The location of this charming and private cabin is perfect for your Pittsburg getaway. Located on a short dead end road you will immediately absorb the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful lake front scenery with just under 100' of frontage. This cabin has both ATV and snowmobile access without the need to trailer from the property. The boat launch is conveniently located 1/8 of a mile away and the local beach is a short paddle across the lake using the provided canoe and kayaks.

Cozy guest house near Littleton and Cannon Mtn

This rustic north country cabin offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bath for up to 4 guests. It has been renovated with comfortable beds and pillows, new appliances, a toasty pellet stove, a beautiful 75" TV with soundbar and subwoofer for movie nights, ample parking. It's located 9 minutes south of downtown Littleton and 11 minutes north of Cannon Mountain. Whether you're visiting for winter sports, leaf watching, mountaineering, or Polly's Pancakes, we're close to the action.

Pitt Stop Inn- Trail access- late check out

The Pitt Stop Inn is a manufactured home located on a dead end road in the center of the historic village of Pittsburg. Minutes from Lake Francis, Back Lake and the Connecticut Lakes. Enjoy all the outdoor activities that Pittsburg has to offer from this central location. Deer and turkeys are often seen in the yard along with the occasional moose. We are UNABLE to host those guests wishing to access Pittsburg's ATV trail system. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Spring Hill Farm, coffee & hot tub

Private apartment w/hot tub for 4 & abundant amenities. Kitchen stocked w/ basics for cooking. Access to back yard with grill, fire pit & pond stocked w/ trout (for feeding). Access to 1 mile +/- of scenic wooded trails & beaver pond w/ pedal boat. Close to Burke Mtn, VAST & Kingdom Trails. Hosts on site & available if needed. DISH, smart TV, movies & games. Internet WiFi should be strong we now have fiber. Poor cell service. NO PETS. Please don't ask.
