Welcome to your Southside Experience! This modern, second story home is located in the lively Southside community in Downtown Chatt. Walk, bike or Uber to many close downtown activities, restaurants, bars, unique shops, or explore the mountains. Start your day drinking coffee while enjoying the Lookout Mountain view and end the day relaxing on our comfy sofa or in the hot tub, should you choose to add the “hot-tub experience” ($100 additional fee) to your stay. This charming historic home is a 2 bedroom 1 bath house located blocks from Lee University in the Historic District of Cleveland. It is 40 minutes to the Ocoee White Water Center, 35 minutes to downtown Chattanooga, 1 hour to Blue Ridge, GA. There is a fully stocked kitchen, front porch, back deck patio with fire pit and privacy fence for the pups. Snacks and waters are available upon arrival as well.

We cater for 6, but that can be expanded to 8 with the use of a large beanbag that morphs into a queen-size mattress. The house has 4 large ROKU TVs and FiberOptic WiFi with a speed of 500. The hosts live about 400 feet from Country Green if you have any questions or needs.

The house is just 2 miles away from the interstate, restaurant, movie theater & shopping. Off of the main road in a quiet older subdivision. Great stop over if traveling I-75. The Ocoee River & Cherokee National Forest are within 20 minutes driving. The bathroom is just outside the bedroom. The bed is queen size. Lee University is 5.7 miles away. Omega Center International is 4.8 miles away, both are easy to get to. Coffee/tea available anytime.
