Sparrow Nest is a fully appointed 2 bedroom house off Hwy 121 on hwy 78. your views include forest in the back, sunny fields in the front. The home contains a fully stocked kitchen, a laundry room with washer/dryer, 2 large bedrooms (queen and full beds) and a cozy living room. Flower gardens around the home bloom most of the spring through fall. A tower outside the house ensures good WIFI for work or to enjoy movies!

We're just about a 10 minute walk from the square (6/10 mile) and right in the middle of the beautiful, old homes of McKinney.
