This has been exclusively my home for the past 7 years. It still is my home but I recently remolded a private wing for guests and after being in hibernation for a few years, it is back on the market for visitors with a private entrance & completely private quarters. This unit is by far the nicest in the building, one of the nicest in all of Denver. Solo stove for chilly nights, covered pergola for hot days, & when it all ends a claw foot tub to take a long soak in!
