Hoover, microwave, kettle, toaster and Dolce Gusto coffee machine. Tea, coffee, sugar and cleaning products supplied. Wifi can be included at a small extra cost.

Extensive recommendations for local businesses which we encourage guests to use. Towels and bed linen provided.

Escape to the Sea

Gorgeous, spacious, south-facing flat with stunning sea views, original features, and high ceilings. The sunrises/sets and moon reflections are breathtaking! In between St Leonards on Sea and Hastings, and 30 seconds to the beach! The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room a double sofabed. Bedding is cotton/linen washed with non toxic products. Flat is on the 3rd floor but not that many stairs and as such, sea views far from the madding crowd! There is free parking nearby

The Sea Room at Lion House

The Sea Room is a glorious 2-bedroom flat situated on Marina in St. Leonards. The flat is incredibly spacious, has wonderful views and an extraordinary terrace, making it one of the most unique flats in the area. PLEASE NOTE: For those who have been following news of our building restoration, we are very happy to report that the scaffolding is now down and our beautiful views fully restored. See the last few photos for the views and the new gleaming building exterior.

A Converted Turkish Bath House by the Sea

The Bath House is a truly unique property set in a renovated Turkish Baths. Built in 1868 the property was completely renovated in 2013 and now boasts 3 luxurious bedrooms, a massive 60ft by 40ft living room (complete with fully working bowling alley), a huge dining table for 14 guests and a secret cinema room.

Our holiday home sleeps up to 4 people. The caravan consists of 2 bedrooms: one master bedroom with a double bed, one twin bed room with 2 single beds. There are two toilets, one larger with a shower and heated towel rail, a dining area, TV, an open plan kitchen area with dishwasher, fridge freezer, gas cooker with oven and grill, microwave, kettle, toaster. The caravan is double glazed and heated with central heating radiators in each room.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

This cosy little apartment has everything you need for a peaceful retreat in our beautiful little town of Battle. Situated in the High Street directly opposite the famous Battle Abbey you are perfectly placed to explore the town and surrounding area. The apartment is decorated with an appreciation of the architecture and history of the Abbey whilst including inspirations from the surrounding countryside.
