Enjoy coastal walks,cosy pubs,long sandy beaches and scrumptious food . 52 was fully renovated recently so everything is sparkly and new and finished to a very high standard with quality fixtures and fittings and lovely artwork. We have lovely views of Capstone Hill and plenty of outside dining space.The master bedroom has a balcony accessed via patio doors .The master bedroom and twin have beautiful ensuites a family bathroom is located next door to the bunk room. Parking close by with permit included for 7 night stays. Well behaved dogs will be considered by request at £15 extra. You will have key code access to the property on arrival so you can arrive at your leisure. Situated on Ilfracombes oldest and most historic Street, the property is doors away from Thomas Carr’s Michelin star restaurant and a short walk from Tunnels beaches.Take a stroll to the harbour and enjoy one of the many watering holes and eateries Walking around Ilfracombe is the easiest way to get around ....with a few hills! Regular buses will take you to the beaches of Woolacombe and Croyde . Parking can be found just down the road and is readily available throughout the town. We will give you a permit if you are here for the week. The apartment occupies ground and lower ground floor; access via the front door to the bedroom floor of the apartment with a staircase to lower floor to the large open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. There is a spacious terrace with table and chairs for al-fresco drinks and dining.

You can see the surf at Saunton and all the best North Devon beaches are handy. Fenced dog friendly garden with a sunny dining terrace, lawn and a mud room with a shower, for dogs, bikes or wet suits. Our lovely village of West Down is less than a mile away, with The Crown pub, community shop and park. Check in or out times can be flexible, please ask.

The Schoolroom @ Barbrook

This is the original Barbrook schoolroom built by the Methodists in 1870 - a large airy groundfloor space with tall windows looking out across the valley. It is now a romantic hideaway for two - an elegant but comfortable open-plan apartment featuring log stove, large bed, and window seats, plus underfloor heating, modern well-equipped kitchen and bathroom, and smart TV. It's an ideal base from which to explore all the pleasures of Exmoor by the sea, and your hosts are just next door if needed.

Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

Riverside - Secluded Waters Edge Cottage On Exmoor

Riverside cottage is located on our 100 acre family farm. The cottage is tastefully furnished and comprehensively equipped to meet 'Visit England' 4 star standards. With three bedrooms sleeping 6 plus a cot, a standard size double, super king size double and a further super king double which can be made into two single beds. The Cottage has ample car parking and is smoke free. We do welcome pets in Riverside and outside there is fenced courtyard garden of you and your pets enjoyment.

Little Spindrift is a cosy annex with its own entrance and we are dog friendly . Ideal for two or two and a small child . In the beautiful village of Combe Martin on the stunning North Devon coast. We are ideally situation in a very quiet part of the village near the pretty church and a lovely pub . An easy 20 minute stroll takes you up the village to the beach and the South West Coastal path . We are dog friendly and there are a number of public footpaths that run past the door .

North Challacombe Farm is a luxury accessible and spacious 5 bedroom home set in 50 acres within Exmoor Park, with breathtaking countryside and sea views. This is a perfect house to relax and unwind away from the crowds but is equally well positioned to access some of the best sights of North Devon. This home is wheelchair accessible on the ground floor and has an adapted ground floor bedroom with electric profiling bed and large en suite wet room with roll-in shower and grab rails.

Villa Wishing Well is located in Barnstaple North Devon, with a short walk to the town center and close to supermarkets and shops. The house is situated beside the North Devon Tarka Trail and has outstanding views of The River Taw and just 5 miles from lovely Sandy Beaches. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Our Villa is not a party venue! We will NOT ACCEPT : IVENTS, HEN NIGHT, STAG NIGHT QUIET HOURS 11pm to 7am Pet fee: £ 90 for the entire stay Charging electric cars is not possible!
