La casa è affittata ad uso esclusivo, totalmente ristrutturata ed è dotata di ogni comfort. Luminosa, silenziosa, immersa nei giardini della tenuta (in cui si trova anche la nostra abitazione familiare) e con patio esterno. A 5 minuti dalle spiagge, dal Parco Archeologico di Locri Epizefiri e a 10 minuti dal borgo di Gerace.

La casa si sviluppa su due livelli,camera matrimoniale, con bagno di servizio, e un ampio terrazzo panoramico,arredato, dotato di una seconda cucina esterna Al piano inferiore: una cucina attrezzata, un bagno con doccia, una seconda camera matrimoniale e un salotto con letti singoli, la casa è circondata da un giardino.è inoltre dotata di Wi-Fi e ventilatori a soffitto. Aria condizionata nelle camere da letto utilizzabile con un supplemento di 5 euro al giorno per stanza se usata.

L'appartamento si affaccia sulle acque cristalline della costa calabrese e dista solo 1 metro dal mare. Dalle terrazze potrete godere di un panorama unico e suggestivo. La struttura dispone di un grande cortile e posto auto privato. Lo spazio è completamente attrezzato per garantirvi un soggiorno confortevole e rilassante.

The accommodation consists of a newly renovated detached house on one level, located in the historic center of Bova with one bedroom, one open space consisting of a living room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower, small covered veranda. Orientation facing the sea. The conservative recovery has tried to keep the original structure intact (facade with exposed stone, trusses , ancient arch, wall niche ...) and to made the rooms welcoming and functional.
