Built originally in the late 1800's and renovated by us in 1991, Yoder School became our home. In later years we converted part of the building into this peaceful getaway. Opportunities for outdoor activities abound. Fantastic road cycling with Strava routes start right here! Just a short drive away great mountain biking, hiking, cross country and downhill skiing, and white water rafting are yours to enjoy. Newly remodeled, this apartment has a second story balcony that probably has the best view in Confluence. Great for sitting out with your morning cup of coffee or a nice glass of wine in the evening. Kitchen is fully operational with all of the necessities. Totally private no shared spaces. There is a common area with hammocks and a fire pit.

The Conduit at Confluence is your place to stay to get back in touch with nature. The Allegheny passage bike/hike trail is right in town, with Ohiopyle a short and flat hour bike ride away. The home has all of the modern conveniences, including deck for relaxing and grilling, and a fenced backyard for the pups.
