This is recently updated and located less than five miles from The USC Williams Brice Stadium and is steps away from Owens Field Recreation Park. Also 1/2 mile to Jim Hamilton - LB Owens Airport. 5 miles to Veterans Hospital making this a great location for long or short term stays. Owner's son lives in the adjacent unit and may or may not be around depending on his schedule. Owners are a call or text away. It has been a labor of love. We are 12 min. from downtown Sumter & 20 min from Shaw AFB. Local points of interest are Swan Lake Iris Gardens, Poinsett State Park & Congaree Nat. Park. It's only 2 hrs to Myrtle Beach or Charleston & 3 hrs to the mtns. While it's conveniently located, this cottage offers a quiet place to relax.
