The Glen Alps/Flattop Trailhead is 1 mile up the road and provides easy access to amazing hiking, mountain biking, snow shoeing, climbing, and skiing adventures. Enjoy the unobstructed views of Denali/Mt. McKinley, “Sleeping Lady” (Mount Susitna), and the Anchorage skyline from 1600ft elev.

(Property is shared with a main house, another cabin, and yurt) but there is plenty of space for privacy. Please please be certain of your booking dates. Inside the fresh 3/3 unit you'll find everything your group needs for a relaxing stay. Designed with travelers in mind this unit has 2 en suite bathrooms, a king bed and 2 queens. A second story deck space overlooking the wildlife filled vista is the perfect place to enjoy your coffee. High ceilings, double stack view windows and attention to detail throughout!

Russian River House

Located in Cooper Landing, the Russian River House has everything you can imagine in a rental cabin. There are 3 bedrooms, 3 queen size beds, and two fold down couches. A lovely breakfast bar seats 4, dining seats 6. There is a natural cold-water spring with a small tub for keeping drinks cool while you are enjoying yourself around the fire pit. Our uncompromising commitment to hygiene and cleanliness pushes us to go the extra mile. Two night minimum stay and 6 guest maximum.

Spruce Bear Cabin

Discover the charm and comfort of Spruce Bear Cabin, a newly built, custom-designed getaway completed in May 2025 by its owners, Marques and Teal. The cabin features unique finishes throughout, including wood trim milled from trees found right on the property. Set on 10 private acres just outside Moose Pass, the cabin offers mountain views from every window. Keep an eye out for black bears and mountain goats, often seen roaming the surrounding mountainside during the summer.

Hope H.U.B. Have. U. Been?

The beautiful community of Hope is a two hour drive from Anchorage. Hope HUB offers summer and winter trails for hiking, biking and skiing. PILOTS: the runway is a 10 minute walk, tie down the saucer and ride our community beater bikes into town for food and music. The Hope HUB has great views of the surrounding mountains on both sides. Use our outdoor fire pit, stocked with wood. Meet Wally our resident walrus and enjoy a truly extraterrestrial experience.

We are also subjected to power outages in our area due to extreme weather*** Come and relax on top of the mountain overlooking Anchorage, Alaska!
