Grab yourself one of Central Coasts best coffee's from Empires D'lite. If you are a bringing a boat along, you can plonk it in at Kendall Road wharf and be set for the day. There is also kids parks, tennis court and bbq area close by.

Indoor/outdoor living made for the family - BBQ, pizza oven, kayaks, library, table tennis, pool table, games. The perfect chill zone.

"Hello" Large Family Beach House - outside pets

Welcome to the perfect family getaway. Large house for a family, or the perfect place for multiple couples to getaway from the city to relax. A BIG holiday home, two renovated bathrooms plus separate toilet room with a great mix of comfort/space, look no further. The house is 600 meters to Copacabana beach, shops and cafes. During the Christmas season we only take weekly bookings. Easter and public holidays we take three night bookings. The rest of the year is a two day minimum stay.

Tiny House - Twin Elks in Somersby

Reconnect with nature at this stunning off grid escape. Surrounded by native Gyamea Lillies this Somersby “Gunya” Tiny House feels far away from the hustle and bustle despite its close proximity to Gosford and only 20 minutes away from Central Coasts beautiful beaches. Located on traditional Darkinjung land this property is often visited by local wildlife including cockatoos, crayfish, deer, cattle and horses and if your lucky you may see the platypus that make home in the creek.

The Copa Cabana

*IMPORTANT: The property next door is doing an extension, due to finish by May 2026. Please be mindful of associated noise when considering your booking. A discount has already been applied to the next few months to compensate for any inconvenience. The Copa Cabana is a free standing residence, situated on the ocean side of the block behind another freestanding house. Small dogs are welcome but please notify us BEFORE booking. There will be an additional fee of $170.

An award winning small house at the beach end of Crystal Avenue. Ideal for a couple or a small family; pets are welcome too. In its own rainforest (unfenced) garden, set back from the street and neighbours and hidden from the main house 50m behind it, it’s private and quiet. All you’ll hear are the birds and the surf. Inside you’ll find open-plan living, a cosy bedroom overlooking the garden, plus an open loft second bedroom with its own balcony.

The stained glass windows speak of times gone by - reflecting the golden afternoon light that comes streaming through the coloured glass. Please be aware that this property is on a slope and there are steps, so it is not suitable for elderly.
