The quaint town of St Ives bustles with shops & restaurants just over a mile away which is served by the charming St Ives branch line.

This unique, stylish and modern bungalow occupies a rare position adjacent to the inner harbour which can be glimpsed through its courtyard entrance. You can easily walk on the level to all the local shops, restaurants, cafes and harbour without having to struggle up steep inclines. It is positioned in the main centre of activity for Mevagissey but nonetheless occupies a tranquil and peaceful spot in the courtyard. At No.4 Tidesreach the beach is a stones throw away from your doorstep as are the restaurants and shops. The newly refurbished end studio is a snug place that is perfect for a young family or couple. There is direct access to the back of the property so you can shower off from the beach before entering the studio. Nestled in the heart of Polzeath you will have perfect access to venture onto the coastal paths. To explore Daymer Bay and Rock or the rugged coastline to Lundy Beach.

Gardener’s Cottage is a peaceful retreat with its own private walled garden and off road parking, hidden away in the heart of St Agnes, a few minutes walk from the village centre and local shops and within walking distance of the beach. The comfortable accommodation includes a bedroom with a SUPER KING size double bed and en suite bathroom with walk in rain shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area with wood burning stove, wi-fi and TV.

The Lugger is a stunning property completed in 2023. Situated up a private bumpy lane, once through the gates you will be free from the hustle and bustle and a lovely quiet space awaits you with off road parking and a sunny patio. It is located at the bottom of our garden, but has separate pedestrian and vehicular access. Only a 5 minute walk into Wadebridge and Camel Trail, the town boasts some lovely independent shops, restaurants, bars and bike hire.
