It is the perfect base for a short break or holiday.

Penver studio is a cosy, homely one bedded apartment on the side of our house in the beautiful quaint village of Treen, St Levan. We are just a stones throw from the southwest coast path, leading to Pedn Vounder beach, Penberth cove, Porthcurno and The Minack Theatre. The village has a seasonal cafe and a pub open all year round for food and drinks; The Logan Rock Inn. We live in the other side of the house and are on hand for local tips, recommendations and any questions you may have.

It is in an area of outstanding natural beauty with wonderful coastal walks and easy access to the other delightful villages on the Lizard Peninsula.

We are centrally located in the pretty seaside town of Hayle, approximately 5 miles from St Ives, and within walking distance of Hayle's three miles of stunning golden beaches and harbour area. The old school house annexe sleeps two and has a private entrance, open plan dining and living area, kitchen, modern bathroom and comfortable double bedroom.

The Chalet is under a 10 minute walk to Fistral Beach & a 5 minute walk to Newquay town centre! It is situated at the end of our home garden with separate access through the side gate then down steps to a private patio/garden area for yourself to use. There is easy access parking (1 car) in our spacious driveway. You may see us and our dog in the garden at some point, so feel free to say hi! We are 8 minutes' walk to our branch line station taking you to either Falmouth or Truro. Falmouth houses the university, galleries and plenty of places to eat. We are accessible to north and south coast beaches. Ideal for couples, single travellers, artists and those visiting family.
