Just minutes to West Point, the Storm King Art Center, Mount Beacon and Woodbury Commons and still in walking distance to shops, restaurants, and parks. Studio in Cornwall

Located near the village, hiking trails, Jones Farm, Hudson River, Woodbury Commons, West Point and more. The studio is ground level with a private entrance. The kitchenette incudes a convection toaster oven, a hot plate cooktop with pots/pans, light kitchenware, coffee maker, & fridge. Also provided: TV, Roku stick, Wi-Fi, AC/electric heat. (No cable) This is our home. The use of illicit drugs, smoking and excessive alcohol is prohibited. We live here with kids/dogs so you may hear us moving

The Waterfall Casita: A-frame with 30ft Waterfall

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

Build in 1900 and renovated in 2019, this house combines historic charm (original wood floors) with modern conveniences. The home's location is a twelve-minute drive to West Point's Washington Gate and within walking distance to the restaurants and shops of Cornwall. Enjoy 4th of July fireworks and weekly summer concerts with ease relaxing on the front porch!

Right next to the fantastic Italian Restaurante Peppitini and right across the street from the historic bandstand, if you're here on a Tuesday night in the summer, you'll likely be able to have a drink and catch a concert from the porch! Conveniently located close to West Point, Storm King Art Center, Newburgh, great hiking, and even Hudson River kayaking! The two bedrooms are roomy and each has a queen bed.

Renovated barn in Mountainville, NY at the base of the Schunnemunk hiking trails. 1 mile from Storm King Art Center. 3 miles to Cornwall. 10 minutes from Woodbury Common Premium Outlet. 15 minutes to West Point. Private stairs & balcony leads to 500 square foot second-story space. You get the entire upstairs to yourself. The NYS Thruway does run between the house and the mountain. There is highway noise. TV has a ROKU. The WiFi signal is weak due to the metal siding on the barn.

Our property boasts unparalleled views of Greenwood Lake and the mountains beyond. Our private garden features a seasonal waterfall cascading into a lily pond with fish and frogs. The shaded patio offers panoramic views and a gas grill. During the winter months, after skiing at nearby slopes, unwind in the claw foot tub or retreat to the cozy ambiance of our living room, with exposed wooden ceilings, a welcoming fireplace, a smart TV, a record player and board games.
