Does the sea give you peace and joy? Then this is the place for your next holiday/break... With unspoilt stunning views of the bay, you won't be able to stop admiring the scenery. The flat is welcoming, newly refurbished and very practical, equipped with everything you'll need and more. Even from the sofa, when watching TV, you can see the sea in front of you. It is literally everywhere for your eyes, the light is amazing and colours change throughout the day. This place is heaven on earth.

Excelente apartamento recién renovado a estrenar. El apartamento cuenta con internet, persianas eléctricas, nevera americana, horno, microondas, inducción, barra americana de desayuno, tv plana de 47 pulgadas y una magnífica terraza. Las dos habitaciones y el salón cuentan con aire acondicionado (3 aparatos) y ventiladores automáticos con mando a distancia. Los dos baños tienen plato de ducha y calienta toallas. La piscina abre desde mediados de Junio hasta mediados de septiembre.

La Finca se situe au calme, à moins de 10 minutes des criques isolées, des grandes plages, ou encore des restaurants et animations du bord de mer.

En España , acogedora casa restaurada con patio

La casa es una propiedad de 1930, completamente restaurada, respetando parte de los elementos antiguos, carpintería, viguería ... Tiene un precioso patio desde el que se puede ver una de las fortalezas que rodean la ciudad Esta situado en un barrio marinero, pescador y flamenco. Cerca de la playa de Cala Cortina y del puerto y a tan sólo un corto paseo hasta el casco histórico. La estación de autobús y de tren están también muy cercanas. Muy bien comunicado. Fácil aparcamiento.

Amplia casa en bajo con buena luz natural en una de las zonas más tranquilas de Molina de Segura y muy cerca de Murcia y el campo de golf de Altorreal. La vivienda esta muy bien comunicada: cerca de todo tipo de comercios (supermercados, farmacia, carnicería etc..) amplia zona verde a 1 minuto andando. Fácil aparcamiento en la misma puerta. La televisión Smart tv está colocada de manera estratégica para que se pueda ver desde el patio también, simplemente girándola.

The Khaleesi Flat - 180m from the beach, centric

Piso Khalesi is a centrally located flat, recently refurbished and fully equipped, which is 180 m from the beach, 250 m from the well known "Curva" and has all amenities, restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance (the supermarket is directly below). It is ideal for families who want to have everything close by without the need of a car. The nearby beach of Villananitos has a diverse gastronomic offer, beach bars, public services, mud and the port.

House with unobstructed sea views, 200 meters from the beach. The house is ideally located, very quiet, and comfortable (renovated in 2022). There are stairs: four steps from the dining room to the living room, and the bedrooms/bathrooms are on the lower floor. Access between the parking area and the house is via a pedestrian path in good condition, but not suitable for people with reduced mobility (approximately 50 meters).
