Idyllic Country House on a Farm

The house is in the middle of beautiful Devon countryside, on 100 acres of land not far from a small town. There are good pubs nearby and the house is only 7 minutes drive from the National Trust's Killerton House. The Nearest station is Tiverton Parkway, 10 minutes drive. Only 25 minutes drive from the centre of Exeter. One of the UKs most attractive cities. The nearest beach is at least 40 minutes away so this location is not suitable for a beach holiday.

It's hard to sum up a property like Tuckerton Grange through photos and a few words: it's an incredible, one-of-a-kind place with something for everyone. Not only does the house sleep 14 guests, but the grounds are impressive enough. You'll find a large indoor pool house with a swimming pool plus slide and hot tub, tennis court and tennis pavilion, lake and lake house, games room, cinema room, treehouse, multiple sun terraces, and a stone circle with fire pit.

Both properties have their own private garden areas and their own private entry by keysafe. The location is the perfect mix of peaceful, rural country living, whilst still being just a short drive away from all of the local amenities, major transport links and tourist attractions.
