After a day of sightseeing, recline in a leather sofa in a calm living area with a large TV to watch your favorite show on Foxtel or Netflix. Note: On request a roll away bed is provided for the 5th person. Watch the fireworks directly from the balcony overlooking the breathtaking uninterrupted views of the picturesque Darling Harbour. Located at 50 Murray Street Pyrmont NSW 2009/One Darling Harbour Building, next to the Ibis and Novotel Hotel. Welcome packs of essentials including Sydney map, toiletries, coffee, tea, etc, will be waiting for you to help you get settled. There are 24 hours convenient stores across the road if you need a top up and Coles supermarket just around the corner, 5 minute walk on Pyrmont Bridge Road. One Darling Harbour is accessible by your own vehicle with one complimentary secured car parking, (NO unexpected hidden costs or charges for parking) Also accessible by ferry or light rail. The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen for self catering. Two bedrooms, the master bedroom features a king size bed, ensuite bathroom, flat screen TV with harbour views and air conditioning. Ferry, Bus and Light Rail just across the road. --> Ferry takes you directly to Opera House, Harbour Bridge and The Rocks. -->Bus takes you directly to Bondi Beach. --> Light Rail takes you directly to Paddy's Markets or a 15 minute walk. Walk to everywhere: Darling Harbour & Cockle Bay, Queen Victoria Building/QVB, ICC, Chinatown, Fish Market, Pitt Street Mall, Sydney Tower etc. Or simple walk to Town Hall station or Central Station for trains all over the city. Or catch a bus to world-famous Bondi Beach. Ferries are readily available to Manly and Luna Park. Restaurants, cafes and bars in Darling Harbour & Chinatown are big news. You’ll find absolutely masses. The main train access is in Town Hall, where you can go to anywhere and come from anywhere. Entrance to Town Hall is just behind the corner (Cross City Tunnel & Kent Street). Town Hall train station is busiest transportation hub in Sydney. Additionally you can catch buses around to Bondi beach or ferries (Barangaroo Wharf) to Circular Quay. Then ferries to ZOO / Manly / Luna Park / Watsons Bay / etc. I do not own parking place, but 130 meters from my place is public carpark which is cheapest in CBD. Carpark fees apply. Walk to Galleries From an Artful Studio in a Boho Area

This is a self contained private room, with your own kitchenette and bathroom in a very handy location, minutes walk to the city, shops, restaurants and transport. You will be in Chippendale, there is plenty of good cafes, funky restaurants, bars and art galleries around, including the world famous White Rabbit Gallery. The house is a 7 minute walk to Redfern Station or 10 minutes to Central train Station, 20-50 min walk to the city, and is very close to Broadway Shopping Centre and Central Park where you can do your shopping. It is only a 20 minute walk to the buzzing Newtown, Surry Hills and Darling Harbour with all of their restaurants and pubs . Also at walking distance is Royal Prince Alfred Hospital (RPA), Sydney University (USYD), University of Technology Sydney (UTS) and Carriageworks. It is very easy to get to all Sydney's major attractions from here - you are one easy 15 min bus ride or train ride away from the Opera House and the Harbour Bridge. It takes minutes to drive to Bondi and many other beaches as well as National Parks. From the airport it is only a 20 minute drive, or a short train ride. This place has everything you need to have a lovely and comfortable stay: - wi-fi Internet; - 39-inch Smart TV, so that you can log into your Netflix, Stan and others apps to watch your favourite movies and videos; - kitchenette with all appliances, including fridge, 2 burner cooktop, and a oven/microwave; - a washer/dryer and iron; - queen size bed with super comfy memory foam mattress; - all bed linen and towels are provided. We are looking for someone who will appreciate this place and and take good care of it. Please note: -There is no lift in the house and the room is on level 1, so you will need to climb stairs. If you wish to stay for a shorter or longer period of time send me a message and we can work something out. Entire room, with private kitchenette and bathroom. I give my guests space, but I am always available for questions and can run over should they need anything. The studio is in Chippendale—one of the coolest, most underground, creative, and funky suburbs in town with cafes, art galleries, and award-winning restaurants. It's a sustainable community with verge gardens of fruit, vegetables, and herbs to share. It is super easy to get around by bike, or simply by foot (note it is a 20-50 minute walk into the city depending on where you are going). There are 2 train stations walking distance from the house, Central Station (+or- 11 min walk) or Redfern Station (+or- 7 min walk), There are also buses all around. Street Parking is available, it is paid and time restricted to 1-2 hours during the day. At night it is free and unlimited. There are some free all day parking a short walk away. To get to the house from the Airport the 2 easiest options are: Train - AU$17 per person. It comes every 5 to 10 minutes and it takes about 10-15 minutes into Redfern or Central, then you have to walk for about 10 minutes to the apartment. Taxi - the easiest option and most cost effective if there is more than 1 of you. It costs between $25-$40 and it takes about 20 minutes (allow a little more time to get into and from the International Airport).
