Built in March 2020 this new airy space w D/bed & bamboo garden views has room for you to sleep, study and do yoga if that’s your thing! 5 mins to the train direct (10 mins) to the city and 5 mins to great cafes, restaurants or SYDNEY park for jogging or feeding the ducks; this serene studio is close to the best Newtown has to offer but with the independence of being in a separate garden studio if you want peace and quiet. I’ve been hosting for almost 10 years and happy to give you local tips!

Everything you would need for a short or longer stay. On street parking in the area. A small dog by request but must not be left alone in the property.
