Studio apartment. We sanitize all surfaces and wash blankets in addition to linens. You may check in without contact with hosts. Covered parking, no frost on windows. Ten minutes from downtown. Private entrance and private patio. King size comfortable bed. Great shower with new hot water heater, plenty of hot water. No smokers, no partying; we ask for very quiet after 10:30 (but late arrivals are fine!). Please no romantic rendezvouz. (but we're happy if you have sex that's not too noisy. :)

Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood 20 minutes north of Spokane. It's one mile from Whitworth University or you can walk just up the hill. Mt. Spokane is 45 min. away for winter and summer recreation. The Wandermere theater is close along with coffee shops and many restaurants. The space is a whole basement suite with a private entrance and parking. From now until Fall there is a great farmer's market within walking distance every Tuesday from 3:00 to 7:00.

Our private studio Loft is brand new. It is minimalist, clean, and cozy. We are located on 5-Mile Prairie with beautiful views and a rural feel, but minutes away from anywhere in Spokane. The private entrance stairs and keypad door are located just around the side of the house. The bed is a king-sized, gel-infused, 10 inch memory foam mattress. The futon couch can be made into a twin-sized bed. You'll have access to your own full kitchen and private bathroom.

Willow Gardens Main House is located in Mead, Wa. on a quiet country acre. Offering 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, A/C in the upstairs bedroom, full kitchen and laundry facilities. There are two bedrooms and a half bath one step up from the main living area. The third bedroom is on the second floor. Close to both highways 395 and 2 it is an easy access to any north side location. Only minutes to Whitworth University, Costco, groceries,shopping, golfing and more.
