Now with free Netflix! Welcome to lovely central Indiana! With family from Long Island, what could we do but go with a seaside theme? There's great amenities here - music, sports and racin'. Antiques in downtown Noblesville about a mile away. The house is 15 min from Ruoff Music Center (aka Deer Creek). It's about 45 min from downtown Indy, 20 min from Westfield Sports. The area is fairly quiet, with some traffic. My place is good for couples, adventurers, travelers, and families with kids.

Enjoy a relaxing getaway in this cozy cottage. Historic Downtown Noblesville is just a short walk where you will find great restaurants, pubs, and boutique shops. The cottage consists of one bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom with walk-in shower. There’s also a fenced backyard with fire pit and furniture. The Cozy Cottage is centrally located near downtown Noblesville (2 min), Ruoff Music Center (15 min), Grand Park Sporting Complex (20 min), and over 100 miles of trails.

You will find a sense of peace and feel like you are in another world, all while being right in the middle of Indianapolis! Explore the river on the kayaks, bask in the sun, take in the wildlife. Guests fail to read the entire listing so please do. Ruoff Music Center-12 min, downtown-20 min, Convention center-25 min, Grand Park-25 min, Airport-35 min. Fishers Event Center-8 min. Apt has its own separate entrance w/keyless lock. Our place is good for couples/solo/business travelers/families w/small kids. WE DO NOT RENT TO LOCALS.

We look forward to welcoming you to a private suite that is the guest quarters in our home. You’ll have a private entrance & 3 rooms to yourself. There’s a living room with a table and chairs, a bedroom with a queen-size bed - nightstands, dresser and closet space with hangers for your use - and a newly remodeled full bathroom. There’s also a kitchenette in the hallway which is an antique Hoosier Cabinet equipped with a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee pot, and hot water pot.

Stroll through historic Noblesville Square with an abundance of restaurants and local shops all within a mile of the home. Lovely historic architecture and small town vibes all walkable from your front door! This space is also convenient whether you’re in town for a conference, visiting friends and family, travelling to Grand Park for a soccer game, or simply want a convenient place to spend the weekend as you take in the summer concerts and the charm of Hamilton County!
