Huge deck space, both covered and open, with bbq, propane firepit and 1 of the best spots to enjoy the serenity! Less than 5 minutes drive from downtown Courtenay, mountain bike trails to Comox Lake, Mount Washington Alpine Resort is 30 min drive, several golf courses with Crown Isle being 15 min away. Plenty of fresh or saltwater fishing to choose from so don’t forget the rod!

The cottage is steps away from a trailhead right into Seal Bay Nature Park, yet only 12 minutes from downtown Comox and downtown Courtenay. The property is a great hub from which to enjoy local restaurants, wineries, sandy beaches, parks, hiking, mountain biking trails, golf and Mount Washington Skiing Resort.

Washington, Comox Lake, and beaches, you will have easy access to hiking, mountain biking and watersports. This is a pet-friendly home featuring a fully fenced backyard, I will send an extra invoice for $30 per night per pet. If you are here on business, take advantage of our office nook and wifi. This carriage house has lots of character and is a clean simple, cozy space for a get away.

Welcome to Slug Trail Ranch, and our newly built self contained suite. We are a quiet, serene rural location in west Courtenay, close to downtown. Located on 5 acres of land close to all amenities the Comox Valley has to offer. Come say "hello" to our horses, chickens and friendly dogs. Well behaved pets are welcome with prior approval and a $15/ night per pet cleaning fee. Come say "howdy". Happy hour is 5pm, weather permitting.
