Book with confidence and come relax with friends or the whole family at Peaceful Parkside Cottage. We do not fall under BC's new policies as the cottage is on our primary property. The cottage is steps away from a trailhead right into Seal Bay Nature Park, yet only 12 minutes from downtown Comox and downtown Courtenay. The property is a great hub from which to enjoy local restaurants, wineries, sandy beaches, parks, hiking, mountain biking trails, golf and Mount Washington Skiing Resort.

Less than 1 km to Courtenay’s bustling 5th Street with great shops, cafes, ice cream and groceries.

Escape to this peaceful oasis situated in the beautiful Comox Valley. This newly built 3 bedroom home is the best of both worlds with its modern living space and secluded/rural location. Sip your morning coffee enjoying beautiful views of the acreage, pond and the group of deer that frequently pass through the fields. A perfect place to bring the entire family, including your pet as this home is pet friendly. There is the main house nearby on the property as this is a shared property.

Urban Westcoast Retreat in Courtenay, BC

Stay close to everything in this bright and modern, newly renovated 2-bedroom home. Just minutes from downtown, Mt. Washington, Comox Lake, and beaches, you will have easy access to hiking, mountain biking and watersports. This is a pet-friendly home featuring a fully fenced backyard, I will send an extra invoice for $30 per night per pet. If you are here on business, take advantage of our office nook and wifi. We host a cozy, clean, disinfected, and modern 950 square foot completely self-contained, street-level suite in our family home in Courtenay's heritage Old Orchard area. The suite has In-floor heating and on-demand hot water and a fully-equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms each, with queen beds and custom floor mattresses are available upon request. Restaurants, stores, groceries, and a Saturday farmer's market in the winter are steps away.
