This newly built basement suite is fully furnished with modern amenities, offering guests a comfortable and convenient stay. We take pride in providing guests with a clean and welcoming environment.

Brackley Beach Tiny Home

Located on a large 1.2 acre waterfront lot, The 380 sq ft tiny home consists of one bedroom and stairs to a loft, both with queen size beds, there is a second loft for storage or play area for children. The tiny home is ideal for four adults or two adults and two children. Our tiny home is rated for -40 degrees Celsius and we have a Standby Generac Generator that turns on automatically, so you will never be out of heat or WIFI; and there is snow removal

Kingswick Farm Stay

Rustic meets modern in this timber framed cabin. Pine throughout and loads of natural light give a unique feel. A large loft bedroom and a spacious bathroom are highlights. A simple kitchenet with a hotplate make meal preparation easy. Located 20 minutes from downtown Charlottetown, 15 minutes from the south shore and 25 minutes from the North shore beaches. Located at the end of Queens Point on Tracadie Bay, guests can enjoy all the Island has to offer from our central location, or get away from it all and enjoy the Off Season star filled nights from the comfort of a hot tub.
