Avghi Country House is located on a hill between the ancient ruins of Knossos and the town of Archanes, both famous for their history. Only 7km away from the city of Heraklion, it is an ideal place for couples' & families' vacation. The nearest beach is 13km away. Wine and olive oil enthusiasts will find wineries, presses and mills around the area. It's a great starting point to explore the whole island of Crete. Vraskos villa - free heated pool for low season

The villa enjoys a unique rural location. Set on a spacious private plot, fully enclosed by a stone wall and metal fencing. The beautiful rural setting provides the perfect atmosphere! A small pebble beach can be reached after a short walk through a wild stony pathway. Only in 5-8' driving you are in all the amenities! In 2026 there will be two more villas in the area but without obstructing the marvelous rural views. Around April new photos of the area will be available to be uploaded.
