The property is part of a 16th century former farmhouse, set in the centre of an unspoilt Somerset village, just a short walk to a gorgeous pub serving locally sourced food & drink.

Recently refurbished one bed accommodation suitable for up to four people (and one well behaved dog) but please note 3rd and 4th guest will be using the sofa bed in the living room. Use of the wc and shower is accessed via the main bedroom. Plenty of storage for our guests is available and there is a large patio area with barbecue and table and chairs for your sole use. There is also one off road parking space available. We have great links to the Jurassic coast, market towns and Country walks

Corner House is a beautiful early 18th Century thatched cottage with characterful rooms and a luxury Shepherds Hut in the grounds including a Swedish sauna. Corner House has plenty of rural charm, surrounded by a picturesque rose garden and secluded lawn. The house offers 2 double bedrooms for guests. One room is ensuite on the ground floor. the other on the first floor with a private bathroom. The Shepherds hut is en suite. Tea and coffee. Breakfast included for Blue and Green rooms WiFi

Modern & spacious house in the countryside.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

Clapper Hay Annex

The Annex provides a completely self contained accommodation with it's own entrance and external keybox, enabling independent access. Fully refurbished self catering accommodation in a conservation area on the edge of Merriott village. Ideal for vacationing, users of the National Cycle path (30) or business users. The property is not suitable for pets. An 'exterior only' CCTV camera is fitted to the main house, to maintain the security on the driveway approach to the Annex.

Set in a 2 acre garden with the owners a short distance away on the property. 1 mile just outside of Chard Town, the caravan offers a secluded quiet space to relax or a base to explore the local area. Lyme regis is an easy 13mile drive. Cricket St Thomas golf club & Warner leisure hotel is 1.8miles. Many walks and cycle paths in the surrounding area.
