The lake is fed by the crystal clear waters of the Rainbow Springs system and the dark tannin stained waters of the Withlacoochee River. Back in the 1930's, the water shed was dammed up on its far western edge. The result was a creation of a 12 mile long lake with a river twisting through the center, all of which you will enjoy from your waters edge dock. The Otter House is located on a quiet canal in Crystal River surrounded by nature preserves and very few neighbors! Relax on the lanai or take the kayaks out for a paddle right from the backyard. Bring your own boat and dock at the boat house! Located at the South end of King's Bay you have easy access to swim with manatees, scallop in the Gulf and enjoy a secluded nature view that is also minutes from the grocery store and a short ride to downtown and restaurants!

Relax with family and friends at this beautiful property. Enjoy kayaking right from the dock on the property. There is a lovely covered patio where you can enjoy meals cooked in the fully stocked kitchen. There are two bedrooms that are both en-suite. For additional sleeping there is a sleeper sofa in the lounge. We will accommodate Dogs (up to two) but NO CATS... Owner is highly allergic. There is a $75 additional pet fee per stay.
