This is a ground level loft condo that is bright, clean and nicely updated. We are minutes from the Holiday Valley Resort and a short walk to the Village of Ellicottville. This cozy retreat is perfect for a getaway or to be near skiing, hunting (lots of public land nearby), or Houghton U. & Letchworth. It has a fully stocked kitchen, the master bedroom has a queen bed, and the loft has two twin beds. The living room is comfortable, and it is quiet!!! Hunters, check out the map in the pics. Even though you get the full "cabin life" experience, there's a full bathroom, Wi-Fi, and maybe amenities that make a start here comfortable and relaxing. Enjoy your stay!
