This house is perfect for any traveler looking for tranquility, lots of green nature and at the same time proximity to Puerto Banus, Puente Romano and Marbella. The house opens its doors in September 2023 after a major reform from which a very elegant, spacious and comfortable design house emerged. The views on both sides are incredible: the Aloha Golf Club to the West and the Range Golf Academy to the East, with the suggestive Mount La Concha in the background. Beautiful house across the sea, sunny, bright, Confortable with everything you need. Every bedroom has a wonderful sea view and its own bathroom . The suite bedroom has a big terrace and the bathroom in suite. it is a three floor house, 3 big terraces and 3 1/2 bathroooms. The infinite pool is shared with neighbors. Lots of restaurants and bars! Big market close. Casa con mucho sol, confortable, 3 grandes terrazas todas vista al mar! Pocos metros de la playa, Super en la esquina. WIFI.

Modern House with large pool!

A very nice and spacious town house in a gated community with a beautiful swimming pool. Ideal for a nice family holiday! The house is located 750meters from the beach and has a supermarket, shops and many restaurants on walking distance. Marbella and Estepona are 14 minutes by car. Plenty of Padel, tennis and Golf courses in the neighborhood. The beautiful house which was completely renovated (including air conditioning) is located on a gated urbanization with its own tennis court!

A charming house in the old center of Ronda.Reformed in 2016, the house which is one of the oldest on the street is situated on one of the oldest streets in Ronda and close to some of the best restaurants in town based on tripadvisor reviews. The house is equipped with a pellet burner and A/C. The kitchen and the living room are on the ground floor, the bedroom and the bathroom on the middle floor and a sitting area with a view on the upper floor.
