Nestled in the Summer Hill gated community at Lake Glenville, the main level has an open living area with a large sectional couch, breakfast bar off the kitchen, and dining area. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a TV. The loft functions as a second bedroom with a bunk bed and a pull-out trundle. The sleeping areas have separate entrances to a shared bathroom. There is an upper and lower deck, gas and wood burning fire pits, charcoal grill, Green Egg, and a hammock to hang outdoors.

This cabin was constructed by hand in 2019 and is designed with both style and calm in mind. It is a perfect place for artists and writers to find inspiration or for guests who want to connect to nature by simply waking up with the trees. The cabin partly functions as an informal artist residency space for our friends and comrades and guest who stay will find it more as a home environment instead of a hotel. For those who want to do less, you can just sit in the sunroom or on the deck and watch the horses graze.

Cozy, quirky, & small (450sq ft) house with a very comfy sleep number queen bed in the bedroom. If a third person were so inclined, they could sleep on the couch. Fully stocked kitchen. Not a scenic location but very convenient! Sylva is amazingly located in the mountains only 25 miles to Smoky Mountain National Park, 10 miles to Cherokee NC, 40 miles to Asheville NC, gorgeous drives in every direction. Well behaved DOGS ONLY welcome for an additional fee.

Nearly new Park Model Cabin located on the banks of the Tuckasegee River, one of the best trout streams in NC! There is an easy access off Hwy. 107 S, about 5 miles from Cullowhee. It is close to many parks for hikiing and biking and lakes for boating and fishing. It has an all wood interior with a screened porch, picnic table , fire pit and charcoal grill. There is a nice walkway down to the river. Enjoy fishing, swimming and boating at this nice escape!
