Huge deck space, both covered and open, with bbq, propane firepit and 1 of the best spots to enjoy the serenity! Less than 5 minutes drive from downtown Courtenay, mountain bike trails to Comox Lake, Mount Washington Alpine Resort is 30 min drive, several golf courses with Crown Isle being 15 min away. Plenty of fresh or saltwater fishing to choose from so don’t forget the rod!

Downtime Dodge has all you need to rest and relax after a day on the trails in the summer, slopes in the winter, or seeing the sites of the beautiful Comox Valley. Peaceful Parkside Cottage

Book with confidence and come relax with friends or the whole family at Peaceful Parkside Cottage. We do not fall under BC's new policies as the cottage is on our primary property. The cottage is steps away from a trailhead right into Seal Bay Nature Park, yet only 12 minutes from downtown Comox and downtown Courtenay. The property is a great hub from which to enjoy local restaurants, wineries, sandy beaches, parks, hiking, mountain biking trails, golf and Mount Washington Skiing Resort.

Stay close to everything in this bright and modern, newly renovated 2-bedroom home. Just minutes from downtown, Mt. Washington, Comox Lake, and beaches, you will have easy access to hiking, mountain biking and watersports. This is a pet-friendly home featuring a fully fenced backyard, I will send an extra invoice for $30 per night per pet. If you are here on business, take advantage of our office nook and wifi. The Cumberlander

Situated one block off Cumberland’s Main Street and only a few blocks from parks, hiking and biking trails, this guest house offers easy access to all of what Cumberland has to offer. Featuring real wood, brick and concrete accents, this newly constructed guest house has two bedrooms. Each with a queen sized bed.
