We have recently added a second cottage with a bedroom and en suite bathroom with its own private entrance off the porch. Pasquo cottage is set on the hillside of a 5-acre property, next to a 200-year-old home that served as a hospital in the civil war. It's on the western edge of Nashville, off Highway 100 and Sneed Road. The famous Loveless cafe is one mile away. We are 15 minutes from downtown Franklin, 25 minutes to Leaper's Fork, 15 minutes to Green Hills, 20 minutes to Downtown, 30 minutes to the Fontanel. Grocery, Starbucks, and restaurants are less than 5 minutes away in Bellevue. And don't forget the Loveless Cafe! Our closest restaurant to the house is world-famous for their biscuits, southern food, BBQ, and shops. Uber/Lyft available.

Luxurious Cozy Guesthouse

This space is completely private and separate from the main residence. It has a king size bed, bathroom with shower, full kitchen, and living area with flat screen and cable. Vaulted ceilings with thick wooden beams give the apartment a spacious feel. The floor is done in a terra cotta Mexican tile; the decor is bright and funky. French doors open to a private courtyard area connected to covered parking. It's located in historic Inglewood/East Nashville. The quiet neighborhood is covered with mature trees and is just one block from the Cumberland River. It feels like you are far from the big city, but in reality, you are minutes from Opry Mills and downtown Nashville. Hip restaurants, coffee shop, pub, and public transit are just blocks away. **We are huge child and animal lovers, but our space is not safe for children. We have a no child under 12 policy, and a not pet policy. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

The River Retreat

Our Retreat guest house is totally separate & private from our home, though on the same property.We are 35 min to Nashville.Our amazing 1000 sq ft deck (mostly covered) w/ceiling fans overlooks the river -which our yard backs up to.On the deck is a fireplace, child’s swings & sandbox.Our suite is furnished w/a queen size bed, a window seat, a kitchenette, & a small eating area.There is a cozy 2nd bdrm w/a queen size bed, small closet & chair.We also have a 120" screen for amazing movie watching.

Shiloh Cottage

Slow down and experience country life on our little plot of land. The cottage is located on our 6 acre property with a tree-lined view with cows in the pasture from the front porch and a sweet view of the ducks in the pond and sheep grazing from the bedroom window. We have two Great Pyrenees dogs, a cat, and chickens. There might be occasional barking. If prolonged, we will bring them in. Fully stocked kitchen. There is always plenty of coffee, coffee creamer, and homemade scones for breakfast.

Howdie's Cottage near Nashville and Bowling Green

Our tiny studio guest cottage is located half way between Bowling Green,KY and Nashville,TN just 1.5 miles off I-65 @ exit 117. Private, beautiful farm views and convenient to everything Nashville and Southern KY has to offer. Enjoy Music city and all things Nashville. Head North for the day and visit Mammoth Caves or the Corvette Museum. Head back in the evening and we just might have a fire going in the fire pit! Short and long term guests welcome. Appalachian Mountain Log Cabin (Private Retreat)

The Cabin at GoodSoil Farm is the perfect solo get-a-way from it all! This cozy hand built log cabin is just right for reading, reflecting, retreating, or just resting. The Cabin sits as the centerpiece of our working mini-farm and comes replete with rocking chairs on the porch, a gurgling creek nearby, a stunning mountain view, and room to explore. Read a book, strum your guitar, prop up your feet, put on some coffee & leave your cares behind for a few days at The Cabin on GoodSoil Farm.

Same place with a new exterior look. This has now become an active family farm that requires land and livestock maintenance on a daily, you may hear a bit of noise during daylight hours, unless it’s a holiday weekend when my kids visit, those weekends can get a lot louder. I have been trying to keep my kids quiet for nearly 38 years…..if you’re a parent, you understand.
