* Waterfront cabin overlooking the lake. * Free kayaks: Kayak # 1: double sit-on-top ocean kayak. Kayak #2: single Pescador kayak. * Launch the Kayaks from the bottom of our ridge. * For boats: the boat ramp is 1/4 mile on Riverton Rd. * Wood burning outdoor fireplace on the open deck. Enjoy one of the 3 decks. Inside: * 3 queen beds, 1 bathroom, Central AC and heat, fresh bedding and towels, equipped kitchen. * Excellent WiFi at the cabin but cell service is spotty. Use WiFi calling.

At the cabin, you can listen to the sounds of nature as you take in the scenic valley views of Big Bottom and the mountain views of Scott’s Gulf State Park.

We hope you’ll enjoy this unique covered bridge conversion, expanding from bank to bank with a 50-foot front deck. Breakfast provided the first day includes fresh fruit, a half dozen eggs, and muffins, coffee and tea.

Cozy vintage cabin on beautiful Lake Santeetlah. Enjoy the water views from the screened in porch, dip your feet in the clear lake on the private dock, or take a kayak out to explore the coastline. In cooler weather, snuggle up by the fire with a good book. Lake Santeetlah is nestled in the mountains of NC, and 80% of the coastline is national forest. Fern Hollow is a private real log cabin on a stocked trout stream 11 miles from Murphy, NC. Large front porch where you can listen to the creek from your rocking chair or you can enjoy a fire creekside in the Adirondack chairs. Easily accessed from a paved road... no 4WD required. Convenient to the Cherokee Valley River Casino in Murphy or countless waterfalls and hiking trails. Well-behaved dogs are welcome with a pet fee. Limit 2 . Cats are not allowed.
