Walk to Leafy Parks in Montlake - with A/C

Rest a mug on the reclaimed wood coffee table and snuggle up on the comfy corner sofa in this prime city neighborhood, next to lively Capitol Hill. Here, crisp white decor, clean lines, and cool marble contrast with rustic bricks and hardwood floors. The apartment is in the brighter half of the lower level of our home, occupied by 2 adults and a 3 year-old toddler. Prior to booking, make sure that you are okay with occasional noise coming from the other side of the basement where our family room is located or upstairs in the main floor of the house. Our guests are able to access the entire unit, including private bedroom & bathroom, living room and use our driveway as free parking on premises, as long as they have a compact car that doesn't block the driveway of our neighbors. We are pretty flexible when it comes to guest interaction -- we communicate as little or as much as our guests like and feel comfortable. We respect guests from all cultural and religious background. We've invited guests for gatherings in our place in the past and they've all appreciated to socialize with us and our group of friends. The apartment is close to Montlake Blvd Market, and the University of Washington and the UW light rail station are just a short walk away. Some local cafes and restaurants, like Little Lago and Cafe Lago, are also within walking distance. There is free street parking in front of the house. Compact cars can park in the driveway in front of the apartment. UW light rail station is a 0.8 mile walk away via the Montlake play field park shortcut. The light rail brings you to downtown in 6 minutes (only 2 stations), the stadiums in 15 minutes (6 stops), and the SeaTac airport in 45 minutes (14 stations). If you are traveling on a budget, Uber/Lyft are great alternatives to get to close by neighborhoods like Capitol Hill, East Lake Union, Downtown, Bell Town, Queen Anne, or upscale University Village.

Bluff Suite 2 - Come to the beach!

Located on three acres with great views of the Hood Canal from the kitchen/dining area. Includes refrigerator, hot plate, microwave, Keurig and regular coffee pot, and barbecue. Short walk through the yard to the beach. Guests may bring their watercraft or use our four kayaks, row boat or pedal boat. Please return where you found it, so the tide doesn't take it away. This light, open and inviting space with sweeping Puget Sound views is fully furnished and available for rent. Natural light from abundant windows maximize the view, while the wall space tastefully showcases original art from local artists. This getaway is steps away from Fay Bainbridge Park, a beachcomber's delight. Explore all that the island has to offer or relax in the sun on your own private deck. Yummy Beach #2 - pets welcome!

Here on Miami Beach, or "my yummy beach" as a certain three-year-old once called it, you will have front-row seats to the grandeur of the Hood Canal where the Olympic Mountains rise majestically from the depths of the sea. Our unique cottage resort is situated right on the water's edge. Cottage #2 is the middle of three attached units. The hot tub is outside of Cottage #1 and is shared among all three units.

Spacious Studio Apt with ample natural light and vaulted ceilings with views of mount Rainier and the puget sound for rent. This rental is located 2 minutes from downtown Shelton, 30 minutes from the state capitol, Olympia, and just over an hour from Seattle, amazing hikes in the Olympics, and the Pacific Ocean. Also- we have a rooster & hens. We offer fresh eggs whenever our hens are laying!
