We're in an excellent quiet location, just one block from the Bay, Audubon Lookout, Farmers Market, and unique restaurants. Only a five-minute drive to the MUST-SEE Montana de Oro State Park. The drive to Morro Bay is less than 10 minutes. The most beautiful beaches in Morro Bay Area is 3 miles away. The location is perfect and right off of Hwy 1. You will come through a private gate to a ranch where beauty is abound. Nature is here waiting for you!
