The Guest Suite

Open floor plan studio with parking & easy access to Old Town Alexandria, Nat’l Harbor, and DC via public transit, or with your own car. Located in a quiet neighborhood, the suite house has its own outdoor deck with a private seating & dining area. Inside is just over 500 sqft and has a large couch, twin and queen size beds, kitchenette, full bath with tub and desk and chair for remote workers. Additional inflatable twin mattress available by request. Well behaved and house trained pets welcome.

Quantico 2BR Home ~Train Potomac River Graduations

This 1925 Bungalow is a relaxing space whether visiting Quantico for TBS/OCS/FBI graduations or sightseeing. Amtrak and VRE train stop under 5 minute walk direct to Alexandria, Crystal City, or DC (Union Station). In town you can fish, watch the sunset at the Potomac River, visit restaurants, or drive 5 minutes to the golf course (open to public). For DoD Cardholders it is 7 min walk to theater/gym/bowling. Town access is through military base. REALID is needed to use the highway to town

This custom-built barn features 2 BR and 1 BA. The main level boasts a fully-equipped game area with billiards, shuffleboard table, air hockey, a 60-game arcade machine, a Mortal Kombat machine, a poker table, and two cabinets brimming with card and board games. The shared backyard outdoor space includes a hot tub, hammock, outdoor putting green, an adjustable basketball hoop, swings, a grill, horseshoes, a playground, a gazebo area, and a stocked fishing pond.

Our project to make use of leftover logs turned into a tiny house! Cozy Log Cabin looking out on almost an acre of nature but just minutes from all the DC sites. Perfect for a single escape, a romantic getaway, a small family/group gathering, or a serene remote work location. 1/4 mile to bus and 1.5 miles to DC metro, plenty of free parking. We live in a log home next door - so happy to provide advice on sites/restaurants and directions. No-SMOKING of any kind and NO pets and parties allowed.

Constructed during the Revolution, and used as a hospital during the Civil War, this home is directly across from the visitor center, within steps of landmarks, awesome restaurants, taprooms, and shops. It’s the perfect spot for a weekend away or historic excursion. The newly constructed River Front Park sits at the rear of the property and is awesome for the little ones.
