Start your day off with a coffee in our perfect screened-in porch that overlooks our unique zen garden and backyard oasis. Cook in our modern and updated kitchen with Stainless steel appliances, gas stove and beautiful Quartz countertops. The living room includes a comfortable futon couch that converts to a double bed, 42" Smart TV with cable, extra seating, and books and games for entertainment. Sleep like a baby in the master bedroom on a luxurious queen memory foam bed, with 32" Smart TV, large closet, side lamps with USB ports and access to the backyard. The smaller, second bedroom includes a day bed with trundle - great for kids!- as well as a desk with comfortable chair to use as a workspace. The gorgeous bathroom includes a large soaking tub with moveable shower handle, plush towels and bathrobes and hair dryer! Guests have full use of the home and it's amenities. Text or Call hosts at anyt The house is set two blocks from Henderson Avenue and Lower Greenville, which boast some of Dallas' hottest bars and restaurant. Take a stroll to Velvet Taco for Mexican fare, then head to Candleroom to dance the night away. Uber & Lyft are the most convenient way to get around town without your own transportation. There are LIME BIKES parked all over the city that you can rent via app for $1/hour. There are also 3 DART stops within 5 minutes walk- all off Henderson- that will take you into downtown or can link you to a rail station nearby to get to your destination. There is a keypad entry on the front door so no need to keep track of a set of keys. The home has an alarm system for additional piece of mind and if you're comfortable using it, we can supply a personal code to use during your stay. Also, Monday is our trash and recycle day. Someone will come by (outside only) to take to curb early that morning.

This tiny cottage is nestled behind an old farm house on a 100 acre working farm just 25 mins south of Downtown Dallas. The 200 square foot space features a detached / shared bathroom connected by the front porch with beautiful stock tank soaker tub. Inside there is a bunk-room complete with full and twin size beds, a cozy loft with a queen mattress, and quaint living room with futon, electric kettle, microwave, and mini fridge. I live onsite but because you have your own private entrance, you won’t see me at all unless you need something. 15 mins to DT Dallas where there is always something going on from concerts and comedy shows to amazing Texas food and activities.
